French Citizenship Application

I am an Emirati citizen from my fathers side, and my mother is a french citizen. I would like to apply for french citizenship as well and I need help with the paperwork. An expert in french citizenship would be preferred. Please note I am 20 years old, and my mother has never registered my birth in the french registry.
