France - secretarial work

We are looking for someone for a small property in France, located in a village, to do the usual things like phone or email - all in clear instructions from us (we don't speak French otherwise we would do it ourselves) - simple things , which anyone with a little common sense can do and must be native French. We pay by the hour, communication must be by verbal conversation and not just texting.
