France Pre-Employment Verification Assistance
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am organising background checks for candidates who will be hired in France and need reliable on-the-ground help verifying two critical items: each person’s complete work history and their educational qualifications. No other checks are required at this stage, so the assignment is tightly focused on contacting former employers and the relevant schools or universities, securing written confirmation, and documenting any discrepancies you uncover.
You will be dealing with French-language institutions, so fluency in French and enough English to write the final report are essential. Familiarity with GDPR and standard consent procedures is assumed; I will supply the signed candidate authorisations you need before you begin.
Deliverables
• A short, dated report for each candidate summarising findings on employment and education, clearly marked “verified”, “unable to verify”, or “discrepancy noted”.
• Scans or screenshots of all supporting evidence (email replies, stamped letters, database extracts) organised in a single PDF appendix.
• A simple verification log in Excel or Google Sheets listing institution contacted, date, contact person, outcome.
The job suits someone already experienced in French pre-employment vetting or corporate due diligence who can move quickly and communicate updates as they go. If you are ready to start, let me know your typical turnaround per candidate and any questions you may have.
