English to Spanish, French voice over and translation

we run a English youtube channel and are looking for someone to help translate these english videos into Spanish, French versions.

we are looking for someone who can speak english and Spanish, French to help translate and change English to Spanish, French voiceover.

we don't have Spanish and French script, so you'll listen to videos, translate them, and do a Spanish and French version of the video. for each video we will pay you 30$/ video.

length of each video is around 10-12 minutes in duration, we will pay you video by video in the initial few videos. if we like the quality of work. we will have the option to extend the project lasting upto 500 videos in phase 1, which shall be discussed in detail in a new contract.
