Customer Support and Sales Representative English + French

I am in need of a Customer Support and Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and French. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in both English and French at a fluent level
- Previous experience in customer support and sales roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both languages
- Ability to handle phone chat and email support tasks effectively and efficiently

Project- ecommerce shop operating in EU countries.


Tasks and responsibilities for this position will include:

- Providing phone support to customers in both English and French
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone
- Assisting customers with sales inquiries and providing product information
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
