(Canada or France) Fill out paper forms - need examples of native French handwriting

My company WiseTREND is improving text recognition (OCR) for hand-written forms filled in French language. We need about 300 samples of handwriting on forms filled by 300 people. Each form will take about 30 minutes to fill out. I will provide PDF of blank form. Your task is to print 300 forms, have them filled out, and mail paper back to California. People do not need to provide any personal information. Forms will have tasks like:
