We’re on the lookout for someone to work with us in a freelance capacity on an exciting innovation project in the category of finance products and services.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about people - understanding and empathising with what they need and value - and sensitive to finding solutions that make products and services accessible for all.
- A master of the art of questioning - knows what, when and how to ask the questions that lead to inspiring and actionable design insights.
- Comfortable and accomplished moderating research across a range of methodologies (e.g. moderating online platforms to in-person focus/discussion groups to 1-1 phone interviews).
- Ideally bi-lingual - fluent and confident conducting research in French-Canadian, with an ear for local nuance and dialects and able to share those findings and report in English
