Template for Maximo Maintenance Management Software

I am running Maximo maintenance management software. When users put in a new work order, they often leave out critical information in the work order that is needed to do the job. I need to make a user interface that runs on windows that will step the user through the work order process to make sure they input all the required information. The information that users puts into the form will need to be automatically entered into Maximo, either by a macro or other means.
