Quickbooks Time data to Sandata EVV

We use QB Time for capturing time and GPS location for our staff. I would like to inquire if this data can be sent to Sandata EVV, a state Electronic Visit Verification system. Both have API's and technical specifications available. 5 items need to be sent to Sandata from QB Time: staff working, client they are caring for, clock in time with GPS data, and clock out time with GPS data.
