Malaysian Government Services App for employers

Objective of App
1. To allow Malaysian employers to have a single registration point for workers eligible for Malaysian:
* EPF / KWSP (superannuation / retirement funding)
* SOCSO / Perkeso (workers compensation and insurance coverage)
* HRDF (employee training)
* Hasil / LHDN (taxation)
2. Automate the levy calculations for EPF / SOCSO / HRDF / Hasil and enable payment transactions for all levies, either automatically or subject to manual approval (Employer choice)
Flow
1. Employer registers their details on the app (Employer details are commonly usable for EPF / SOCSO / HRDF / Hasil registration)
* if existing account, use existing details
* if new, app allows for new registrations
2. App connects to EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil via API's to register Employer (if new accounts) or link (if existing accounts)
3. If existing registered Employer, current employees details are available via the app (employee name, ID details, contributions, etc etc - all the information contained within the EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil databases)
4. Employer can register new employee in EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil via the app with a single entry (employee name / employee ID)
* If existing, the app will discover the employee's EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil ID numbers
* if not existing and employee is eligible, app will register first time employee to obtain EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil ID numbers
5. Either by manual entry of employees timesheets, salary details OR automatically if by integrated systems, app will present the real-time amounts due for each employee for EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and Hasil (employee income PAYG tax) and allow single approval for all payments to be deducted or individual manual approvals for each payment.
