Beach tennis set up

We are a group working on a marketing assignment for The Australian beach Tennis company, mainly focused on the GoldCoast and wanted to pitch and idea to put inplace mini beach tennis courts in public spaces, like Pacific fair shopping center. This is in hopes to target their segmentation and improve awareness and participation of the sport. i am inquiring on how much as professional design report would cost so that this new venture can come to life, That would be great.
