I have access to the OpenAI API and have already created an Assistant. I now need the sequence of API calls (using curl, PHP, or both) to perform the following actions:
- Delete a file assigned to the Assistant.
- Upload a new file.
- Assign the uploaded file to the Assistant.
- Send a query to the Assistant.
