Sample Collection

Job Description:

- Facilitate the collection, processing, handling, and shipping of urine specimens.
- Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify the patient.
- Properly label specimens and complete the requisition form via paper or online portal.
- Follow policies and procedures to properly package and ship specimens.
- Inform the Supervisor of daily tasks, unusual problems, or deviations from established procedures.
- Pick up, package, and ship specimens when needed.


Skills and Requirements:

- High school or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must be able to follow English written and verbal instructions
