Online E commerce book store website designing Larvel

We are looking for a freelance website developer to revamp our Georgian online bookstore. The goal is to make the site more user-friendly, add Cash on Delivery (COD) checkout, and improve sales and tracking.
Requirements:
• Rebuild or improve existing website (Litup.ge)
• Add or migrate to WordPress + WooCommerce (or recommend better)
• Integrate Cash on Delivery + Online Payment (Stripe/Georgian gateway)
• Simple admin panel for product management
• Multilingual support (optional: Georgian & English)
• SEO basics, responsive mobile view
• Google Analytics & Meta Pixel installation
You Should Have:
• Experience in e-commerce sites (preferably in Georgia or for local delivery markets)
• Strong UI/UX understanding
• Ability to deliver in 3–4 weeks max
