I am looking for a specialist to help build and manage personalized meal plans for private clients. The role is a combination of meal planning, nutrition logic, and kitchen coordination.
This is not a clinical nutrition role. No medical treatment or lab analysis is required.
Main responsibilities:
Create structured weekly meal plans for private clients
Estimate calories and macronutrients (protein / fats / carbs)
Develop recipes in a clear, step-by-step format for a chef
Prepare detailed cooking instructions (ingredients, grams, method, output)
Create shopping lists adapted to different countries (ingredient availability matters)
Suggest substitutions when products are unavailable
Adjust meal plans based on feedback
Ideal profile:
Experience in meal planning, nutrition, or private chef environments
Strong understanding of macronutrients (practical, not clinical level)
Ability to structure recipes for kitchen execution
Experience working with chefs or food production teams is a strong plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients
Work format:
Remote
Ongoing collaboration (not one-time task)
1–2 clients at a time initially
What you will receive:
Client brief (goals, preferences, country, restrictions)
Clear structure of expectations for each task
Application requirements:
Please include:
Relevant experience
Examples of meal plans or recipes (if available)
Tools you use for macro calculation
Your pricing model
Availability
Important:
This role requires structured thinking and ability to translate nutrition logic into practical kitchen execution. If you only provide general diet advice without operational meal planning experience, this is not a fit.
