Looking for Independent Freelance Recruiters
I’m looking to build a small network of freelance recruiters across Europe to support a growing recruitment project.
The client works in the corporate risk management sector and is expanding. At this stage I’m keeping the client’s details confidential, but successful recruiters will receive full information after signing an NDA.
Your job will be to source candidates, speak with them, carry out an initial interview and submit the people you believe are suitable together with a short written report.
I’m not going to tell you how to recruit. If you have methods that work, use them.
What I’m interested in is receiving candidates that you’ve genuinely assessed, not simply forwarded from a job advert.
The people we’re recruiting will be expected to travel internationally, so you’ll need to identify candidates who are comfortable with that and who can communicate in English.
I’m looking for freelancers who can work independently, communicate well and take ownership of their work.
Payment is made for every candidate who reaches my interview stage. Remuneration will be discussed in our initial talks.
If we work well together, there is every chance of additional assignments as the project develops.
