Group Instructor in Adventure Activities -- 2

I am looking for an experienced outdoor adventure group instructor to lead activities for our organization. The instructor does not need any formal certification, but they must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the field. We need the instructor to lead up to 10 participants. The activities should be structured to promote team building and leadership development.
