Your role:
- Search for potential models on Instagram (primary platform), TikTok, and others.
- Contact via DM or email.
- Present our agency and its benefits.
- Follow up until they sign with us.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media outreach or recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated and persistent.
Compensation is commission-based; earn a percentage of each signed model’s revenue. The more you bring in, the more you earn!
