We are NextTalent Connect HR Consultancy, a Bangalore-based recruitment firm.

We are looking for independent/freelance recruiters who want to work on a pure commission basis and are comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment for their own sourced clients.
Only experienced people are welcome

Please apply ONLY if you are comfortable with a commission-only model. There is NO fixed salary.

Role Responsibilities

Identify and approach small & mid-size companies with hiring needs

Pitch recruitment support under NextTalent Connect brand

Handle end-to-end hiring:

Client coordination

Candidate sourcing

Initial screening

Interview coordination

Ensure successful candidate joining

Payment & Commission Structure

Payment is ONLY on successful hire

Commission structure will be discussed

No upfront payment

No monthly guarantee

No targets (performance-based continuation)

This is NOT a full-time salaried role

This is NOT a partnership or co-founder position

This is suitable only for self-driven recruiters

Strictly prefer those who are based in India, (Bangalore is a plus point)
