Add a room and bathroom to my property

I am looking for an experienced contractor to add a large room and bathroom to my property. I don't have extremely specific requirements for the design or layout of these spaces, so I am open to creative suggestions. I do, however, have a rough budget estimate that I'd like the contractor to keep in mind throughout the project. The right person for the job should be able to provide a reliable, cost-efficient solution while delivering quality workmanship.
