Need help with 1st website

Greetings, I am a person that has 3 types of stage 4 cancer and I am trying to build a space where I can assist with people going thru what I am dealing with as well as other life changing dis-eases. I was half way there but going through surgery this week, I am really going to need solid assistance with getting it going.
