Help me to SETUP and verification GOOGLE MY BUSINESS in USA location

This is Allen from Bushing MFG, We want our business list on the GOOGLE MY BUSINESS,

But in the China location, we can NOT make it happen, so we need help which from the USA address can set up and verify for us.
