American expat seeks part-time personal assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
American expat seeks part-time personal assistant living in Warsaw.
Looking for a reliable person speaking English and Polish. Would be nice if you also speak Russian.
This is mostly a paperwork-based gig with a lot of variety. Examples of the work:
* Government-related documents and paperwork
* Deliver documents to attorneys
* Pick up documents from translator
* Interact with Post office, especially with listy polecony
* Phone calls and emails in Polish language with institutions such as banks, real estate agents, schools etc.
* A big part of the job is "Find the best _____". For example, find the best art framing shop in Warsaw, call them to make an appointment, drop off photo to be framed, pick it up later. Or find the best furniture repairman, organize a meeting with him etc.
This is definitely not a steady gig, some weeks will be 1 hour of work and some will be 10 hours. Payment on a task-by-task basis, generously remunerated.
