Responsive Website in Framer with Animations

I’m looking to build a clean and responsive 2–3 page portfolio website directly in Framer. The design should include:

Parallax scrolling effects for background sections

Smooth animations for buttons, section transitions, and images

Interactive elements such as hover effects, click animations, and form validations

Mobile optimization for all screen sizes and devices

Ideal Skills:
Strong experience with Framer

Knowledge of responsive design principles

Ability to implement smooth animations and scroll effects

Familiarity with hover and click interactions

Attention to detail and clean layout structure
