Framer Expert for Website Overhaul

I am looking for an experienced Framer website expert (design, layout, responsiveness, and light coding inside Framer) to review, fix, and professionally redesign my existing website.
Important context:
I have already written all the content and text for the website and added it to Framer. The issue is not content — it is design, structure, responsiveness, and usability. Due to my limited experience with Framer and lack of time, I am unable to fix bugs, layout issues, and responsive problems properly.
What I need help with:
1. General Website Review & Fixes
Review all existing pages and fix layout, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
Fix bugs and broken elements (e.g. buttons linking incorrectly)
Improve overall UI/UX to look clean, professional, and eye-comfortable
Ensure the website is fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile) and synced correctly across breakpoints
Apply a consistent design system and color palette (I will provide branding/colors)
2. Home Page
Redesign the hero section (image, headings, subheadings, buttons)
Fix text hierarchy (headlines vs subtext)
Ensure all buttons work correctly
Make the home page visually strong and brand-representative
3. Apartments Pages (Riyadh & San Antonio)
Redesign these pages as scalable templates
I need the ability to easily add or remove apartments in the future
Structure must support investors coming in and out without redesigning pages
Same concept for both Riyadh and San Antonio pages
4. About Us Page
Content already written
Needs professional layout and visual storytelling to improve engagement
5. Contact Us Page
Add and design a contact form
Connect form submissions to a Gmail email
Ensure responsive and clean layout
