I'm seeking an experienced electronics engineer to develop a compact modular system for managing current from multiple low-voltage nodes (1-100V).

System Requirements:
- Measure current from multiple low-voltage nodes (1–100V)
- Dynamically group them into series-connected sets using solid-state switches (MOSFETs or similar)
- Route each group through an asynchronous buck converter to produce a regulated voltage (e.g., 12V)
- Use Xilinx microcontroller or FPGA to manage reconfiguration logic in real time

Key Tasks:
- Circuit design (sensing, switching, DC-DC regulation)
- Component selection (MOSFETs, asynchronous buck converter ICs, Xilinx controller, Hall effect sensors)
- PCB layout (dual-sided, thermally stable)
- Firmware (basic control logic for measuring and switching)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in analog/digital circuit design
- Strong background in power electronics, specifically with asynchronous buck converters
- Experienced with Xilinx microcontrollers or FPGAs
- Skilled in PCB layout and thermal design
