Forum Customer Support

I run a forum / message board related to entrepreneurial ventures, making money, small businesses, etc. The forum is hosted on Xenforo.
I am looking to recruit an assistant administrator to join me on a paid basis.
You will be responsible for community management and customer service - engaging with other members, creating topics and threads, and also handling customer service tickets, email and phone calls.
You will also need to carry out some administrative duties such as installing and managing plugins, etc. I will teach and give instructions when necessary.
Approximately 5 hours per week initially with a hope to increase in the near future.
