Build a simple, but engaging digital community (digital wellness club) for veterans and first responders

I am looking to have a digital community built that will serve as a supporting community for veterans, first responders, and their families and supporters. Basically a members portal where there can be discussions, they can see events and updates, they can easily hop on a virtual support group meeting, or chat with other members, or check out our free courses. . I expect this digital community to be built on a website platform (Mighty Networks or Wix). This digital community should provide a space for knowledge sharing and collaboration between users, allowing them to network, share ideas and best practices, and build meaningful relationships with each other. We will have a complimentary membership that has access to limited groups on the platform, and then contributing members which will need to be set up for payments or login. We will also have three different "focused" groups where we will do virtual calls and have more personal discussions and virtual meetups about mental health. This is for a nonprofit for veterans, first responders, and their families. Would love to tell you more.
