Create categories and setup for a new forum site

I am looking for someone to help me create categories and setup for my new forum site focused on healthcare. While I have a rough idea of the categories I want to include, I am open to suggestions. I would like to start with more than 10 main categories. The ideal candidate would have experience in forum setup and be familiar with healthcare topics. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also necessary for this project.
