Numerical factorization of a potential energy surface with FORTRAN.

I wrote a code in FORTRAN to generate a multipolar potential energy surface based on the sign of the indices and the expansion coefficients (many rows and 07 columns). I found that there are some similar rows starting from the second column and I would like to factorize them in order to get rows with unique columns.
