I need a white paper written and formatted with tabels/diagrams

The project is based on global risks that impact conventions in the business events sector. We have completed desktop research, consultations with key stakeholders and a quantitative survey. The desktop and consultations work has been revised into one document with the key themes coming through and now needs to be written in a comprehensive way that outlines the purpose of the project, the challenges the industry faces which utilises tables and any diagrams to highlight. The quantitative survey will inform this and substantiate any claims. we will produce an infographic.

I'm looking for someone who can bring this together in a format that is easy to follow, and provides a good overview of the challenges the industry faces. English must be a first language.
