fix kdp book cover errors

I am looking for a freelancer who can fix formatting issues on my KDP book cover. The specific errors include formatting issues. The size requirement for the book cover is 5.5" x 8.5". I would like the freelancer to use the original design and make no specific design changes.

I require someone to fix my pdf book cover for appropriate size, clarity etc as necessary so that I can successfully upload on Amazon kdp as an ebook cover, paperback and hardback print book cover and not get error messages when I launch PREVIEWER on Amazon kdp. When I upload my pdf print book cover it says "save successful" but when I then go on to "launch previewer" it gives me an error message that it's too small.
Please let me know if you can help, time frame, cost, payment method etc
