family history pdf book layout

I'm just trying to design a simple pdf book (around 20 pages, give or take?) of my family history. I supply all the text in Word and the photo files (and will tell you what to do where) and you do the layout. This is beyond my capability and I'm just looking for someone who can make things look good!
