clean up company policy and procedures

I am looking for a freelancer to help me clean up and improve my company policy and procedures. I have specific changes in mind that I would like implemented, as well as overall organization for the entire policy and procedures. I am also want my table of content to include hyper links.This project needs to be completed within the next week.
