Word formatting expert requires

I have 20 pdf files, each one around 2 to 5 pages, which i want to convert into word file with similar formatting. Including checkboxes, Make sure size and shape of boxes is similar in word file.

Note- Its not only a copy paste task to transfer data from pdf to word file.

Only bid if you are highly experienced in word formatting.
