Place and promote childrens book on Amazon

I have a childrens book that I want to put on Amazon. It will be a board book which KDP doesn’t do. So I need the book formatted, placed on Amazon then help with promotion of book.
It will be printed by a 3rd party, then put on Amazon as a stand alone product.
