I need a professional to format my manuscript. It is in the rough final now. I need access pages deleted, chapters with a small tree that tops each chapter, paragraphs, page numbers, chapter headers, my name, and or the title on every page that starts each page. This is a Christian autobiography about faith, so the little tree represents the mustard seed tree. I also need the work center. I can give you the measurements the publisher needs. I am self-publishing and will use the publisher to direct print copies.
