Formatting of Operations Manual

I have written a new operations manual for our organization. I need it to be formatted so it looks correct. Additionally I would like to be able to make updates going forward without having to hire another individual to make updates. Is this possible?
I have also attached our employee handbook which is in the format I would like the operations manual in, if possible.
