Format and Design Business Plan document

I need a creative designer to format a word document and add in photos or graphics. The document is a business plan and must visually appealing but very professional. You will receive the document after it has been written, so no business plan writing will be required, just the formatting and design of the document. Please include a couple of examples of your work with the bid.
