Car Wash Scratches

I recently had my car service at a local car wash. The car came out the tunnel with green scratches that matches the same green color of the cloth washing tools that washed the vehicle. I would like for someone to inspect the car and inspect the cloth materials and make a conclusion of whether the green scratches were caused by the green washing tools in the car wash tunnel.
