I run a home–based culinary venture that specializes in light snacks and I want to expand my product line with crowd-pleasing, cost-effective recipes that are easy to scale. The focus is purely on recipe development, so I need someone with a strong background in R&D for snacks—whether you’re a seasoned chef, food technologist, or an inventive home cook who has taken products to market before.
What I need from you
• 3–5 original snack recipes (sweet or savoury) that suit Indonesian taste preferences and ingredient availability
• Exact ingredient lists with weights, step-by-step preparation methods, yields, and estimated cost per batch
• Recommended shelf-life and basic storage guidelines
• Suggestions for flavour variations so I have room to experiment further
I already handle packaging design and online marketing in-house; the gap I’m aiming to fill is the technical creation and fine-tuning of recipes that can be reproduced consistently.
