Indian Recipe Development Project
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a food technologist who can help me turn my ideas for authentic Indian dishes into fully-fledged, production-ready recipes. The main scope is recipe development: I want original formulations with accurate measurements, clear process steps, and practical guidance on sourcing ingredients so the dishes are easy to reproduce at scale.
Here is what I need from you:
• 10 original Indian recipes that reflect regional diversity (for example, North-Indian gravies, South-Indian rice-based mains, or popular street-food snacks).
• For each recipe, a detailed ingredient list with gram weights, method notes that explain critical control points, estimated prep/cook times, and suggested yield.
• Basic nutritional breakdown (calories, macronutrients per serving) generated through any standard tool you trust, such as FoodData Central or NutriCalc.
• Shelf-life or holding recommendations if the dish can be packaged.
I’ll test every formulation in my pilot kitchen, so clarity and repeatability are essential. Please share a brief portfolio of past recipe or product development work—photographs, spec sheets, or tasting notes all help me gauge fit. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right collaborator and I respond quickly to questions.
