Frozen Food Process Optimization
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to take my current frozen-food line beyond simple throughput targets and move toward best-in-class efficiency, texture retention, and flavor preservation. The plant already runs smoothly, yet I know we are leaving yield and energy savings on the table. Your role is to dive into the existing process flow—blanching, chilling, IQF tunnel, glazing, and packaging—then recommend technology-driven improvements that can be implemented without a full line rebuild.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A diagnostic report that maps every critical point in the current process (temperatures, dwell times, airflow, belt speeds, freezer loading, moisture loss).
• Evidence-based recommendations that incorporate modern freezing or pre-treatment techniques—cryogenic assist, impingement airflow tweaks, revised brine/glaze ratios, sensor upgrades, or other engineering ideas that truly suit frozen foods.
• A cost–benefit model comparing my present setup with your proposed changes, accounting for capital, energy, labor, and quality gains.
• A step-by-step implementation roadmap I can hand straight to my operations team, complete with validation checks (yield, microbial counts, texture analysis, sensory scoring).
I can share current SOPs, throughput data, and quality metrics as soon as we start. Please rely on industry-standard tools—HACCP, SPC, Lean Six Sigma principles—alongside any proprietary technology you bring. Final deliverables should be clear enough for a non-technical executive to green-light and detailed enough for an engineer to execute.
