Regulatory Specialist Needed – Food Labeling & Import Compliance (US / EU / UK / KSA)

Project Description:

We require an experienced food regulatory specialist to support compliance for exporting a shelf-stable beef-based product (bone broth) manufactured in Turkey to the US, EU, UK, and Saudi Arabia.

This is strictly a regulatory and labeling compliance task. No marketing or business development required.

Scope of Work:
1. Review and correct FDA-compliant food label (NOT dietary supplement)
2. Validate and format:
• Ingredient list
• Nutrition Facts Panel (US + EU/UK equivalent)
3. Review and advise on label claims, including:
• Collagen content
• Protein claims
• Low calorie positioning
4. Provide guidance on import requirements, including:
• US (FDA registration, Prior Notice)
• EU / UK (food labeling + import basics)
• KSA (SFDA labeling + import requirements)
5. Advise on:
• Shelf-life labeling
• Storage classification (ambient vs refrigerated)
6. Identify any compliance risks or prohibited claims
