Food Quality Control Grading System

Job ID: 40083054

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a robust yet easy-to-run quality control grading system tailored specifically to a Food & Beverage operation and fully aligned with current FDA regulations.

The core goal is to translate our in-house inspection points—raw material intake, in-process checks, and finished-goods release—into a clear grading scale (A–D, pass/fail, or a weighted score; I’m open to your recommendation) that can be applied consistently by our QA team and documented for audit purposes.

What I’m expecting:
• A detailed grading framework that maps each inspection criterion to measurable thresholds tied back to relevant FDA requirements.
• User-friendly worksheets or a lightweight digital tool (Excel, Google Sheets, or a small web app) that lets inspectors input data and instantly see the grade.
• Automatic flagging of non-conformances with space for corrective-action notes.
• Summary dashboards or reports I can hand to management or an FDA auditor showing trend charts, batch history, and compliance status.

If you have experience building quality systems for food processors and know your way around FDA 21 CFR parts 110/117, that will help us move fast. Please outline your proposed approach, any software you prefer, and an estimated timeline to go from framework draft to final rollout with basic user training.
