FSSAI Licensing & Chef Onboarding Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a knowledgeable Chartered Accountant or Food Compliance Consultant to assist with FSSAI licensing and the onboarding of chefs. The role is available on a freelance or part-time basis and can be performed remotely, though preference is given to candidates based in Bangalore. The start date is immediate, with compensation structured either per-chef licensing fee or as a fixed monthly engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Initiate and manage the FSSAI licensing process from scratch.
- Provide comprehensive support for onboarding chefs, including documentation, compliance, training, and orientation.
- Ensure all processes adhere to current food safety and compliance standards.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in FSSAI licensing and food compliance.
- Strong understanding of documentation and compliance requirements for food businesses.
- Experience in training and orienting chefs to meet compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
