F&B Consultant for Multi-Brand Project

I'm seeking an experienced Food & Beverage consultant to assist with the documentation of a multi-brand food project. The primary focus will be on kitchen workflow planning, specifically establishing a linear workflow to improve efficiency, maintain hygiene standards, and reduce staff movement.

Scope of Work:
- Structure approximately 57 recipes
- Create SOPs for preparation, plating, and storage
- Plan kitchen workflow and zones with a linear approach
- Develop a comprehensive equipment list, identifying common and unique items across brands
- Establish a framework for batch size and taste consistency
- Prepare BOQ and cost estimation
- Design staff structure and hiring flow
- Optional: Provide execution support for setup

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in kitchen workflow planning, particularly linear systems
- Strong background in SOP development and recipe structuring
- Experience with equipment selection and cost estimation
- Ability to design efficient staff structures and hiring processes
- Optional availability for execution support

Timeline: Maximum of 3 months
