My account on the StateFoodSafety portal is still at 0 %—I haven’t opened a single module yet. The entire course is multiple-choice, allows 5 attempts, and usually takes only a couple of hours if you already know food-safety fundamentals. Otherwise just common sense prevails.
Once we start, I’ll hand over my login details. From there your job is simple: work through every module, pass the quizzes on the first run if possible (AI look-ups or your own knowledge are both fine), and secure the official Food Handler Certificate.
