Cloud Kitchen Fast-Food Chef Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m launching a delivery-only cloud kitchen and need an all-rounder chef who can take full ownership of a fast-food concept from menu creation to launch. The core idea is quick, crave-worthy items—think burgers, wraps, loaded fries, fried chicken, and other delivery-friendly crowd-pleasers—executed with consistent quality and healthy margins.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Develop a compact yet versatile menu (10–12 SKUs) with clearly written, scalable recipes.
• Provide detailed costing sheets that hit agreed food-cost targets and outline suggested retail pricing.
• List every ingredient, spec, and preferred supplier, plus any specialty equipment the kitchen will need.
• Map out prep, storage, and service workflows, including HACCP-compliant food-safety SOPs.
• Create simple training material so line cooks can reproduce each item exactly, every time.
• Be available for at least one feedback loop after the initial hand-off to fine-tune seasoning, timing, or packaging if needed.
Acceptance criteria
1. All recipes tested to yield within ±5 % of target portions.
2. Costing sheet shows itemized food cost, labor estimate, and gross margin per SKU.
3. SOP documents cover receiving, prep, holding, plating/boxing, and dispatch.
4. Menu, costs, and SOPs delivered in editable formats (Word/Google Docs + Excel/Sheets).
If you’ve previously launched a cloud kitchen or quick-service restaurant, share links, photos, or menus that highlight your work. Familiarity with delivery platforms, eco-friendly packaging, and rapid-fire production lines will stand out. Let me know your proposed timeline to get the kitchen launch-ready and any travel availability if on-site setup or tasting sessions are possible.
