Clemmons Wedding Catering Staff 5/2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A wedding reception on May 5/2 in Clemmons, NC will welcome well over a hundred guests and features a classic American menu. I am lining up a reliable team of on-site professionals—both cooks and banquet-style servers—who are comfortable working a high-volume event from setup through breakdown.
Here is what I need from you:
• Experienced cooks able to handle bulk prep, hot-holding, and last-minute plating while maintaining strict food-safety practices.
• Polished servers who can manage a buffet line, tray-pass hors d’oeuvres, clear tables, and jump into light breakdown at the end of the night.
Call time will be mid-afternoon; service runs through the evening, wrapping once the dining room is reset. All staff must arrive in clean black attire (or chef whites for cooks), bring their own non-slip shoes, and hold any required ServSafe or local food-handler cards.
When you reply, let me know:
– Your relevant event or restaurant experience.
– The role you’re applying for (cook or server).
– Your availability for May 1, including estimated hours you can commit.
I will confirm final headcount, shift length, and pay rate once the team is set. If you thrive in a fast-paced banquet environment and can keep a smile while turning out great hospitality, I’d love to work with you.
